Services

Two levels of professional bilingual support, combining dedicated human service, a fully managed operating model, and client-approved AI-enabled efficiency at a lower total cost.

Tier 1

Professional Administrative Coordinator

Reliable bilingual support for high-volume telephone and routine office administrative work.

Typical qualifications

  • Professional English with North American pronunciation familiarity, plus fluent Spanish
  • Strong telephone etiquette and computer skills
  • No college education required — office administrative training or relevant experience preferred

Core responsibilities

Telephone coverage

A trained bilingual coordinator answers, routes, documents, and follows up on incoming calls using approved scripts and escalation pathways—so callers can reach a real person when the conversation requires one.

Scheduling and reminders

Schedule appointments, manage routine changes, and complete reminder or confirmation outreach.

Intake and records

Update client or patient details, collect routine intake information, and coordinate records requests.

Administrative follow-up

Complete routine outbound calls, referral follow-up, CRM/EHR data entry, and bilingual communication with your clients or patients.

Best fit

Practices and firms that need dependable phone coverage, scheduling support, routine follow-up, records coordination, and bilingual client service without assigning complex analytical or supervisory work.

Tier 2

Advanced Administrative Coordinator

Bachelor's- or Master's-qualified support for complex workflows, insurance and billing functions, reporting, and high-responsibility coordination.

Typical qualifications

  • Bachelor's- or Master's-qualified candidate
  • Professional English with North American pronunciation familiarity, plus fluent Spanish
  • Advanced analytical, documentation, and workflow-management skills
  • Prepared for complex client-service and organization-specific projects

Advanced responsibilities

Insurance, billing & authorizations

Complete verification, document benefits, follow authorization or billing workflows, and escalate payer or billing issues.

Complex case coordination

Manage multi-step follow-up, referrals, case-plan communications, and escalated service questions.

Reporting and data quality

Maintain CRM accuracy, prepare reports, monitor workflows, and support operational performance review.

Projects and documentation

Develop SOPs, assist with organization-specific projects, and provide team-lead or quality-review support when assigned.

Best fit

Best for insurance and billing work, complex case navigation, reporting, process documentation, and leadership support.

A future advantage

If a Tier 2 coordinator becomes a strong long-term fit and your organization later has a U.S.-side opening or turnover to fill, that same coordinator may be a candidate for onsite U.S. employment under a TN visa — if the role qualifies under USMCA, a U.S. job offer is extended, and the coordinator is approved by U.S. immigration authorities. This is a potential future option, not a guarantee of entry or employment authorization.

Compare

How this compares with onsite staff

The strongest model is complementary: onsite staff perform hands-on, in-person work while the remote coordinator owns administrative workflows.
