Enter employee’s hourly wage. We’ll estimate your saving with ServiFerti.
Based on 40 paid hours/week for 52 weeks. National BLS private-industry benchmarks cover employer payroll taxes, workers’ compensation and paid vacation, sick days, holidays and personal leave. Paid leave is included within wages; it reduces working hours and is not added twice. Monthly savings compare annual employee costs with a US$18/hour ServiFerti engagement. Actual coverage is defined in your proposal.
Uses June 2026 BLS Table 1: wages US$32.82, paid leave US$3.54, required employer benefits US$3.40 and health benefits US$3.48 per hour worked. Payroll costs are modeled at 3.40 ÷ (32.82 + 3.54), or about 9.35% of paid wages. Paid leave accounts for about 202.51 of 2,080 paid hours.
When selected, health benefits add US$3.48 × modeled working hours, or about US$544.47/month. This broad national average includes medical, dental, vision and prescriptions, across workers with and without coverage. It is not a premium quote for an insured employee. Retirement, bonuses, recruiting, office rent, furnishings and equipment costs are excluded. Actual taxes, policies, benefits and ServiFerti charges may differ.
Compare your employee’s wage plus national-average employer costs with ServiFerti’s starting rate. Include average medical/dental benefits with one checkbox.
Standard engagements are based on 40 hours per week. Final rates, responsibilities, coverage, and minimum commitments are defined in your proposal. Advanced support is scoped separately.
